Event | Millions of Talents Converge in South Guangdong: The First International Talent Recruitment Fair in Qianhai Successfully Held!

Under the guidance of the Shenzhen Science, Technology and Innovation Commission (Municipal Foreign Experts Bureau) and the Public Security Bureau, the inaugural foreign talent recruitment fair of the "International Talent Recruitment Plan," jointly launched by the Qianhai Administration Authority alongside the Nanshan and Bao'an Districts, was successfully held. As a supporting platform for the event, HiredChina.com International Recruitment Network also played a pivotal role, dedicated to building a bridge between international talent and Chinese enterprises, helping companies find global professionals while providing valuable development opportunities in China for foreign talents.

The fair featured 40 leading companies, including Tencent, OPPO, SF Express, Insta360, XPeng Motors, and Sino-International Shipping, offering 1,200 high-quality positions. It attracted 1,150 foreign youths from over 20 countries, including Germany, Russia, and India.

As the first large-scale offline recruitment event targeting foreign youth under the "International Talent Recruitment Plan," it focused on key industries such as electronics and information, advanced manufacturing, digital cultural creation, and commercial logistics. With its international job offerings and attractive benefits, it extended a warm "Invitation from Qianhai" to global young talents.

Innovatively, the event featured a three-dimensional service model of "Pitch + Diagnosis + Privilege." The "Talent Pitch Zone" invited American career coach Lita, Rebecca (Managing Director of KOS International), and Cedric—a foreign talent who successfully joined Ugreen through HiredChina—to share insights on Bay Area opportunities, recruitment trends, and job-seeking strategies, garnering significant engagement.

The "Career Diagnosis Zone" featured a "think tank" composed of Qianhai talent policy specialists and senior career coaches, providing customized one-on-one services like resume reviews and career competitiveness assessments for foreign youth on-site.

The event aligned with Guangdong Province's "One Million Talents Converge in South Guangdong Action Plan," which aims to attract one million university graduates to the province by 2025. This cross-border talent gathering not only showcased Qianhai's open-minded ethos of "gathering global talent for its use" but also practically communicated the opportunities within the Greater Bay Area to the world.

HiredChina will continue to serve as a vital bridge between international talent and Chinese enterprises, offering more opportunities for global professionals to develop their careers in China. We look forward to witnessing together, once again, Shenzhen's vibrant innovation and the boundless potential of its talent pool.
