On December 12th, the 2024 Beisen User Heroes Conference (Greater Bay Area Station) successfully concluded. Under the theme "Witnessing the AI Era of HR Together," the conference featured one main forum and five parallel sessions, delving into cutting-edge topics such as AI transformation, tackling global expansion, and comprehensive performance. It brought together nearly 30 global experts in organizational and HR digitalization to share industry insights and practical knowledge.
At the main forum, Ji Weiguo, Co-founder and CEO of Beisen, delivered a keynote speech titled "The Future of HR Digitalization: The New Generation of AI-Driven HR SaaS." He stated that HR technology has evolved from the personnel systems of the PC era and the eHR of the internet era to the HR SaaS of the cloud computing era. The next decade will formally enter the AI era of HR Tech 4.0, centered around AI agents with "employee personalization" features, comprehensively reshaping the entire business process from talent recruitment to offboarding.
In addition to AI, the global expansion of Chinese enterprises was another core topic of this conference. Beisen, in collaboration with Han Kun Law Offices, jointly released the "White Paper on Data Compliance in HR Management for Chinese Enterprises Going Global." This white paper systematically outlines the core data compliance issues Chinese enterprises face during recruitment, employee management, and other processes, aiming to provide key risk guidance for global operations.
At the notable "Tackling Global Expansion" parallel session, HiredChina International Recruitment Network, as an expert in global recruitment solutions, shared forward-looking insights and practical experience on the overseas expansion of Chinese enterprises.
Tim Ye, CEO of HiredChina, delivered a themed presentation titled "Solutions for Chinese Enterprises in Overseas Localized Recruitment." He clearly pointed out that Chinese enterprises often face four core challenges in overseas recruitment: insufficient employer branding, inefficient overseas recruitment channels, lack of competitive compensation and benefits, and absence of comprehensive local talent integration plans. Addressing these pain points, Ye Qiting, drawing on HiredChina's practical experience serving over 50,000 enterprises, systematically elaborated on how to build sustainable overseas talent acquisition and management capabilities. This involves establishing a localized employer image, integrating efficient recruitment channels, designing internationally competitive compensation systems, and formulating thorough onboarding and integration plans.
