To further leverage the headhunting industry's role in aggregating high-end talent, accelerate the in-depth collaborative development of the human resources sector in the Greater Bay Area, build an industry supply-demand exchange platform, and support the construction of a high-level talent hub in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the "Charting the Course, Hunting the Future – 2024 Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Headhunting + HR Industry Exchange" was successfully held in Nansha, Guangzhou on December 10.
Mr. Zhang Jiabing, Member of the Standing Committee of the Nansha District Committee and Minister of the Organization Department, delivered a speech at the event. He highlighted the fruitful achievements in the development of the China Guangzhou Human Resources Service Industrial Park Nansha Park. Since its opening, the park has generated revenue of43.847 billion yuanand paid taxes totaling2.696 billion yuan, ranking first in tax contribution among all similar parks in the city. The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Headhunting Alliance is a key industry organization operating under the management of this park. With the care and support of relevant provincial and municipal authorities, the Alliance has now gathered39 globally influential headhunting leaders and benchmark human resources enterprises, injecting new vitality into the development of the headhunting industry.
To empower the high-quality development of Guangzhou's human resources service industry, including the headhunting sector, and implement the "Doubling Plan" for human resources services, Nansha has established a Digital Economy Park within the "Zhongjia Cruise Square" in Nanshawan—one of the three pilot start-up zones under the "Nansha Plan". This initiative is dedicated to promoting the digital transformation and upgrading of the human resources service industry, aiming to establish an influential cluster for the human resources digital economy industry within the Greater Bay Area and across the nation.
During the conference, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Headhunting Alliance was officially inaugurated at the First Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Human Resources Service Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition and the 2024 Human Resources Service Industry Ecological Development Conference.
Under the strong guidance of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, and with the vigorous promotion of the human resources departments of Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Foshan, Dongguan, and the Nansha District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the Alliance has currently assembled 39 benchmark enterprises from the global headhunting and human resources services industry.
