Good News! HiredChina Wins Second Prize in the First Overseas Expansion Special Competition of the 9th Human Resources Service Innovation & Entrepreneurship Contest

The finals of the 9th HR Service Innovation & Entrepreneurship Contest (Ningbo) were held on October 23rd and 24th, 2024, at the Universal South Garden Hotel in Ningbo's Eastern New City. Since its launch in June this year, the General Competition Track has attracted 132 outstanding projects from 18 provinces, 24 cities, and regions across the country. Meanwhile, the inaugural Overseas Expansion Special Competition drew participation from 42 projects spanning 16 cities, including 2 international entries. These projects covered cutting-edge sub-sectors within the HR field, such as artificial intelligence, intelligent recruitment, cloud-based workforce management, intelligent onboarding, and big data. After intense competition, 20 General Track teams and 16 Overseas Expansion Special Competition teams advanced to the finals.

This year's contest was centered on the theme "Strengthening Human Resources Development to Foster New Quality Productive Forces," focusing on digitalization, internationalization, and specialization. It aimed to explore new pathways within the human resources sector through innovation and collaboration. A notable innovation this year was the introduction of the Overseas Expansion Services Special Competition, supplementing the traditional General Competition. The General Competition emphasized "innovation," encouraging projects to break conventions, transcend boundaries, and showcase breakthrough achievements and high-growth potential across various dimensions like HR service models, digital application, and deep industry integration.

The Overseas Expansion Special Competition zeroed in on "internationalization." Participating projects demonstrated forward-thinking ideas and innovative practices from a global HR market perspective, particularly in areas such as cross-border talent recruitment and allocation, international strategic consulting, the development of multinational training systems, and talent development.

At the finals, HiredChina.com secured the Second Prize in the Inaugural Overseas Expansion Special Competition of the 9th HR Service Innovation & Entrepreneurship Contest.

Moving forward, HiredChina.com is committed to empowering more Chinese enterprises in their global expansion by connecting them with top-tier international talent worldwide!
