Job description: Master the various facilities of hotel and business hours of all divisions. Timely and accurately guide the guests into the hotel. And help to solve guests’ complaints. Gather guests’ suggestions and report to superiors. Front desk Check in/out assistance. Timely processing of items left by guests in the hotel, take the initiative to contact to help guests find them back. Assist superiors for the VIP shuttle work and help during the VIP transaction. Responsible for the operation in the lobby: staff grooming, work discipline, quality of service, as well as public area’s cleanness, orderly, and equipments in good condition.
