Job Description
Conduct engaging 1-on-1 or small-group online English lessons for students (ages 4–18 or adults, depending on specialization).
Design customized lesson plans aligned with CEFR standards or student-specific goals (e.g., exam prep, conversational English, business English).
Utilize our interactive platform tools (digital whiteboards, multimedia resources) to create dynamic classes.
Provide constructive feedback and track student progress through regular assessments.
Participate in optional teacher training sessions and collaborative workshops.
Requirements
Native-level English proficiency (from the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand preferred).
Bachelor’s degree or higher (education, linguistics, or related field a plus).
TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification or equivalent teaching experience (minimum 1 year preferred).
Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional teaching environment.
Energetic, patient, and culturally sensitive with strong classroom management skills.
Flexible availability (including weekends/evenings to accommodate global time zones).
