University Accounting Lecturer, Xiamen

Job description： -Location : Public university in Xiamen, Fujian province -Start date: February 2026 -Weekly sessions: Average 18 teaching periods/week -Class size:35-45 students (Year 2&3 college students) Teaching subjects are included but not limited to: a. Intermediate Financial Management b. Advanced Financial Management c. Management Accounting d. Corporate Governance e. Cost Accounting f. Econometric Analysis g. Advanced Financial Accounting Key Responsibilities: 1.Teaching courses to students in accordance with teaching schedule and office time 2.Designing teaching syllabus with weekly teaching plans in accordance with program's requirement, and preparing lessons responsibly before each class 3.Paying attentions to students’ attendance, classroom performance and learning outcome 4.Improving teaching methods actively, attending open classes to review other teachers’ performance as required 5.Designing homework and test papers, monitoring examinations, and marking homework and test papers in accordance with program’s regulations 6.Attending regular teaching meeting once every month or upon notice 7.Submitting various teaching related documents on time in accordance with program’s regulations Salary& Benefits: 1.Monthly Salary negotiable depending on qualifications 2.Monthly Bonus 3.Housing allowance available 4.Travel allowance: 8,000 RMB 5.Contract completion bonus 6.
