Key Talents

This position is part of Hainan Normal University and is open to outstanding scholars and academic talents from around the world. The incumbent will be responsible for teaching in the designated discipline, conducting high-level scientific research, publishing high-impact academic works, leading or participating in national and provincial research projects, supervising graduate students and young researchers, and actively contributing to discipline development and academic governance. Compensation: 1.A talent subsidy of 200,000 RMB；Plus talent relocation allowances, research start-up funding, and other supporting benefits.

1.Doctoral degree or above; 2.Have achieved solid research results in relevant fields with clear potential for further development; 3.Able to independently undertake teaching and research duties and participate in disciplinary construction and course development; 4.Have published high-quality academic papers in leading journals of the field within the past five years; 5.Overseas study or work experience is preferred.
