Job Description
We are looking for an experienced IMC Integrated Marketing Manager to join our team and spearhead our global marketing initiatives — from product positioning and campaign planning to launch execution and lifecycle marketing.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead global IMC strategy for new product launches and full product lifecycle marketing
- Drive product marketing strategy based on user insights, market trends, and competitive benchmarking
- Develop campaign roadmaps, creative narratives, and execute multi-channel launch rollouts
- Own project timelines and collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, creative, PR, KOL, social media, and paid media teams
- Lead key global branding initiatives (e.g., CES, IFA) and ensure sustained market presence
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in integrated/product marketing (preferably in 3C or consumer tech industries)
- Proven experience in GTM strategy, product storytelling, and campaign execution
- Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate across teams
- Fluent English; overseas experience is a plus
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools: Google/Meta Ads, influencer platforms, CRM, etc.
