Job Description
This position is under the Sanya Federation of Academicians. The role is responsible for the execution and advancement of core activities related to the Food R&D Supervisor position. Key responsibilities include carrying out daily tasks within the designated business area, coordinating resources to ensure business goals are achieved, actively participating in team building and cross-departmental collaboration to improve overall work efficiency, completing various tasks assigned by superiors on time, and continuously learning and enhancing professional skills.
Salary Range: RMB 6,000 – 8,000 per month.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Food Engineering, Bio-engineering, or related fields;
2. Basic knowledge of food research and development, familiar with product development processes and food safety standards;
3. Strong hands-on experimental skills and data analysis abilities;
4. High sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination skills, and team management ability;
5. Genuine interest in technical research and development within research institutions, academician teams, or the food and health sector.
