Job Description
-Provide end-to-end support to merchants in our target regions, covering account registration, product listing, daily operations, and after-sales service.
-Act as a communication bridge between local merchants and the headquarters team, conveying merchant needs to improve overall experience and drive sales growth.
-Collaborate with the Business Development (BD) team to address and fulfill merchant requests effectively.
-Conduct market research on the local e-commerce environment and competitive landscape to support the team's strategic expansion efforts.
Requirements
-Bachelor degree or above.
-Experience with domestic or international e-commerce platforms, with an understanding of merchant operations and online marketplace workflows.
-Strong understanding of advertising, marketing, and social media platforms.
-Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with merchants and internal teams.
-Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to conduct market and competitor analysis.
-Proactive, detail-oriented, and interested in the e-commerce industry.
