Job Description
1：聚焦中资出海企业，拓展货代业务，完成销售目标；
2：深度挖掘客户全球航线的货代需求；
3：建立并维护与中资企业当地负责人、采购及物流部门的长期合作关系；
4：协调总部及当地操作团队，确保服务交付质量，提升客户满意度与复购率；
5：定期市场调研，分析竞争对手动态，制定针对性业务拓展策略。
Focus on Chinese enterprises expanding overseas, develop freight forwarding business and achieve sales targets.
Conduct in-depth exploration of clients’ freight forwarding demands for global shipping routes.
Establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with local managers, procurement and logistics departments of Chinese enterprises.
Coordinate the headquarters and local operation teams to ensure the quality of service delivery, and improve customer satisfaction and repurchase rates.
Conduct regular market research, analyze competitors’ dynamics and formulate targeted business development strategies.
Requirements
1：本科及以上学历， 英语CET-4及以上，具备商务英语沟通能力；中文为母语水平；掌握印尼语者优先；
2：3年以上国际货代/物流/供应链行业经验，有客户资源或海外业务开拓成功案例；
3：具备跨文化管理能力，熟悉印尼本地市场。
Bachelor’s degree or above; CET-4 or higher in English with proficient business English communication skills; native-level Mandarin; proficiency in Indonesian is a preferred qualification.
Over 3 years of experience in the international freight forwarding/logistics/supply chain industry, with existing client resources or proven successful cases of overseas business development.
Strong cross-cultural management capabilities and a thorough understanding of the local Indonesian market.
