Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the air freight export market.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential growth areas.
Analyze customer needs and propose tailored logistics solutions.
Sales Performance:
Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting our air freight export services.
Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and reports to clients.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Provide feedback to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or air freight industry.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus(chinese&india also ok)
Knowledge of air freight export processes and logistics industry trends.
