Position: Foreign English Homeroom Teacher
Student Age Group: 2–6 years old preschool children
Entry Date: Negotiable, support flexible entry arrangement
Gender Requirement: No gender restriction
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above from recognized institutions, with solid professional knowledge of early childhood education and English teaching.
Language & Major Qualification: Native English speakers are preferred; non-native English speakers must major in English-related disciplines to ensure standard and fluent oral English and professional language teaching ability.
Professional Certification: Possess a valid TEFL teaching certificate, with formal and standardized foreign language teaching qualification.
Work Experience: Have no less than 2 years of relevant preschool English teaching experience, with formal work recommendation letter; candidates with rich kindergarten teaching experience are prioritized.
Personal Quality: Outgoing, cheerful, patient and responsible. Good affinity and communication skills with young children, able to quickly integrate into children's group, love early childhood education career, and have good professional ethics and team cooperation awareness.
Requirements
Independently undertake daily English teaching work for preschool children aged 2-6, design interesting, age-appropriate immersive English teaching courses, combine games, songs, picture books and interactive activities to stimulate children’s interest in English learning and realize early childhood English enlightenment.
Be responsible for daily class management, accompany children's study, life and activity time in the kindergarten, pay attention to the physical and mental growth and emotional changes of each child, and build a safe, happy and positive class atmosphere.Cooperate with Chinese homeroom teachers and teaching teams to carry out daily teaching work, theme activities, parent open days, festival celebrations and other kindergarten characteristic activities, and complete teaching plans, course summaries and student growth records on time.
Maintain good communication with parents, regularly feedback children's classroom performance, learning progress and daily performance, and build a good home-school interactive relationship.
Abide by the kindergarten’s teaching management system, continuously optimize teaching methods, participate in regular teaching training and teaching research activities, and improve professional teaching ability.
