1. Undertake full-time high school chemistry teaching work for IGCSE and A-Level tracks, complete daily teaching tasks efficiently, and ensure teaching quality 2. Prepare detailed teaching plans, courseware and teaching materials, carry out targeted teaching design according to students' learning characteristics, and stimulate students' interest in chemistry learning 3. Organize classroom teaching, experimental teaching, after-school tutoring, homework correction and academic assessment, track students' learning progress and academic performance in real time 4. Participate in school teaching and research activities, teacher training, parent meetings and other related work, and cooperate with the school to complete various education and teaching management tasks
