Responsible for market cold start and localized operations, including user research, competitor analysis and development of localized operation strategies for target language regions.
Design operation activities based on local culture to improve user engagement and retention.
Establish a multi-language content production and management system to ensure cross-regional operation efficiency and bridge the language capability gap of the team in information exchange.

Job Requirements
Proficient in African regional languages and fluent in Chinese, able to communicate effectively at work.
Familiar with overseas social product operations; experience in social media operations is preferred.
Strong interest in emerging markets and ability to quickly adapt to a multicultural environment.
