Job Description
This position is under the Administration / Human Resources Department of Sanya Development Holdings Co.,Ltd. The incumbent will be responsible for daily administrative affairs, document and file management, as well as meeting organization and coordination. The role also involves assisting with HR tasks such as employee recruitment, training, and compensation & performance management. The incumbent will facilitate internal and external communication, maintain a positive work environment and atmosphere, and complete other administrative and comprehensive tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Salary Range: 5,000 – 9,000 RMB/month.
Requirements
1.Bachelor’s degree or above;
2.Majors in Administrative Management, Secretarial Studies, Archival Science, Law, or related fields are preferred;
3.Responsible for daily administrative affairs management, including document processing, meeting organization, file management, and logistics support;
4.Assist in the development and implementation of company administrative policies and procedures;
5.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with good coordination abilities.
