Job Description
1. Oversee end-to-end recruitment for the group and wellness hotel, including demand sorting, channel operation, resume screening, interview arrangement, offer delivery and onboarding follow-up to ensure timely staffing.
2. Conduct fluent bilingual interviews and communication with domestic, foreign and high-end candidates, accurately interpret job requirements and match talents with positions.
3. Maintain recruitment channels, proactively explore high-end and international talents, and build and optimize the company’s talent reserve pool.
4. Track recruitment data such as conversion rate and channel efficiency, deliver regular data reports, and optimize recruitment strategies.
5. Collaborate with business departments to clarify recruitment demands, synchronize progress, resolve recruitment issues and improve overall recruitment efficiency.
6. Assist in optimizing recruitment standards and interview processes, and support daily onboarding and basic HR work.
Requirements
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above; Human Resources, Business Administration, English or related majors preferred.
2. Language: Fluent in oral and written English and Chinese, capable of bilingual interviews and foreign candidate communication.
3. Experience: 1-3 years full-cycle corporate recruitment experience; high-end hotel or wellness industry experience preferred.
4. Competencies: Good at communication, negotiation and talent evaluation; result-oriented, resilient and efficient in work.
5. Quality: Diligent, responsible and collaborative; familiar with mainstream recruitment platforms and Office software.
6. Image: Decent temperament and professional demeanor, with good professional literacy.
