Job Description
We're looking for a seasoned Performance Marketing Manager to lead multi-platform campaigns and drive international growth across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Criteo, and programmatic channels.
Job Responsibilities:
- Own the strategy, execution, and performance optimization of overseas advertising campaigns
- Drive GMV and ROI through smart budget planning and media buying across platforms
- Collaborate with brand and creative teams to continuously improve ad performance
- Analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and build performance playbooks
- Lead and grow a performance marketing team focused on international markets
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Google/Meta Ads, preferably in DTC, consumer tech, or cross-border e-commerce
- Hands-on experience with media planning & budget ownership
- Proven track record in driving user acquisition & revenue growth
- Fluent in English with strong cross-cultural communication skills
- Team leadership experience is a big plus
- Bonus: experience on both agency and brand sides
