Job Description
This position is a Management Trainee at Sanya Tourism and Culture Development Group Co.,Ltd. The trainee will be integrated into the company's Management Trainee Development Program, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the company's core business and operational management through a systematic cross-departmental rotation. Under the guidance of mentors, the trainee will participate in real projects, take on corresponding business responsibilities, and accumulate comprehensive management experience. Based on individual development direction, the trainee will be cultivated as a future management talent of the enterprise.
Salary Range: 6,000 – 10,000 RMB/month, plus performance bonuses and special benefits for management trainees.
Requirements
1.Bachelor’s degree or above;
2.Major in Finance, Computer Science, Management Science and Engineering, Civil Engineering, Transportation, Tourism Management, Business Administration, or related fields;
3.Strong learning and adaptability skills, willing to participate in cross-departmental rotational training;
4.Good communication, coordination, logical thinking, and teamwork abilities;
5.Committed to long-term development within the company, aiming for management or core technical roles.
