Job Description
Develop and expand new customer base in industries such as food processing, seafood, agricultural products, packaging factories, testing centers, and research institutes.
Introduce and consult customers on quality inspection and automated sorting solutions via phone, email, face-to-face meetings, and industry exhibitions.
Conduct customer needs analysis and propose suitable technical solutions.
Prepare quotations, sales documents, and negotiate contracts.
Follow up on delivery, installation, acceptance, and payment processes.
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers, distributors, and partners.
Promote equipment upgrades, repurchase, and cross-selling opportunities.
Collect market information, analyze competitors, and collaborate with the technical team to provide optimal solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or College degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics, Automation, Food Technology, or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in selling industrial equipment, machinery, electrical/electronic products, or automation solutions.
Willing to travel for business trips.
Vietnamese nationality. Chinese communication skills are a strong advantage; otherwise, business-level English is required.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer development skills.
Proactive, honest, able to work under sales pressure, and a good team player.
