Job Description
1.Manage executives’ daily calendars, arrange meetings, appointments, business trips, including itinerary planning, booking, and logistics preparation.
2.Draft, edit, proofread, and format official documents, reports, presentations, emails, and other confidential materials.
3.Coordinate internal and external meetings: prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, follow up on action items, and track implementation progress.
4.Screen and direct phone calls, visitors, and inquiries; prioritize and handle information appropriately.
5.Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive business, financial, and personnel information.
6.Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and senior-level activities.
7.Coordinate with different departments to support executive decisions and improve work efficiency.
8.Handle administrative affairs assigned by executives, including expense reports, document filing, and office management.
