Requirements
1. Master’s degree or above in Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related field.
2. Strong background in control engineering, industrial automation, robotics/mechatronics, and/or operations research.
3. Demonstrated excellence or clear potential in university-level teaching, particularly at the undergraduate level.
4. Evidence of applied research and publications in relevant fields.
5. Experience supervising student projects, internships, or thesis work in engineering and automation topics is highly desirable.
6. Practical industry experience in automation, control systems, robotics, or industrial engineering is an advantage.
7. Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to high-quality teaching in an international environment.
8. English is required (B2 or above); German is desirable.
