Job Description
1. Be responsible for receiving hotel guests, processing check-in and check-out, providing consultation and guidance, and delivering full bilingual services for domestic and foreign high-net-worth clients.
2. Complete reservation registration, information recording and travel arrangement coordination, and synchronize guest demands to wellness, clubhouse, guest room and other departments.
3. Properly handle guest inquiries, temporary requests and on-site emergencies, and flexibly coordinate all departments to resolve issues in a timely manner.
4. Safely keep room cards, invoices and registration ledgers in compliance with standards, and finish daily handover verification.
Requirements
1. Appearance Requirements: F candidates: Must be at least 170 cm tall, and M candidates : at least 180 cm tall. Candidates should have a neat and elegant appearance, outstanding temperament and great affinity.
2. Language Proficiency: Fluent oral Chinese and English, able to conduct reception, consultation and daily communication without language barriers.
3. Comprehensive Competencies: Possess smooth communication skills and excellent on-the-spot problem-solving ability, adept at handling all kinds of unexpected guest demands.
4. Education & Work Experience: College degree or above.
