Job Description
I. Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for customer development, channel expansion, and customer relationship maintenance in the designated area of Syria, and achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Visit end-users, wholesalers, and distributors, introduce products, provide quotations, negotiate, and facilitate contract signing and payment collection.
- Collect market information, competitor dynamics, prices, and channel conditions, and submit regular market reports.
- Handle orders, follow up on shipments, and coordinate after-sales services to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat purchases.
- Execute company promotions, exhibitions, and ground marketing activities to enhance regional coverage and brand influence.
- Update customer profiles and sales data as required to ensure the accuracy and traceability of reports.
- Collaborate with the headquarters to complete local coordination work such as compliance, customs clearance, logistics, and settlement.

II. Requirements
1. Basic Conditions
- Syrian nationality, familiar with the local market, business environment, and channel network, with local resources preferred.
- With good conduct, integrity, and reliability, and able to accept business trips.
- Possess a valid driver's license and the ability to independently visit the market preferred.
2. Experience and Abilities
- 1-3 years of sales, channel, or foreign trade related experience, with priority given to those in the fast-moving consumer goods, building materials, hardware, machinery, and industrial products industries.
- Possess the ability to develop customers, conduct business negotiations, follow up on orders, and manage collections.
- Strong sense of purpose, good stress resistance, strong execution ability, and teamwork awareness.
3. Language and Skills
- Native language: Fluent in Arabic (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
- Bonus: Basic English communication skills; knowledge of basic Chinese is preferred.
- Proficient in using basic office and communication tools such as Office, WhatsApp, and email.
4. Other Bonus Points
- Experience working for Chinese enterprises or foreign trade companies.
- Familiarity with customs clearance, logistics, local settlement, and tax compliance.
- Possessing existing customer resources or a mature channel network.
