Academic Leader of the Discipline

This position is part of Hainan Normal University and is open to outstanding scholars and academic talents from around the world. The incumbent will be responsible for teaching in the designated discipline, conducting high-level scientific research, publishing high-impact academic works, leading or participating in national and provincial research projects, supervising graduate students and young researchers, and actively contributing to discipline development and academic governance. Compensation: 1.A talent subsidy of 700,000 RMB；Plus talent relocation allowances, research start-up funding, and other supporting benefits.

1.Doctoral degree or above; 2.Have high academic attainment and outstanding research achievements in relevant disciplines; 3.Able to lead the strategic development of the discipline and promote disciplinary construction and team growth; 4.Have experience in leading national-level research projects or receiving provincial/ministerial level or above academic awards; 5.Preference given to candidates with national-level talent titles or work experience at renowned overseas universities/research institutions.
