Job Description
1、 Improve the accuracy of intent recognition for the AI customer-robot in specific language;
2、 Enhance the accuracy of algorithm models, customer satisfaction, and the service performance of the customer-robot;
3、Develop BPO assessment processes and standards to improve the efficiency and accuracy of annotation tools and workflows.
Requirements
1、Native speakers in languages other than Chinese and English are preferred, such as Norwegian, Hebrew, Japanese, French;
2、Bachelor degree or above;
3、Have online shopping experience and a good understanding of e-commerce platforms;
4、Can use Chinese or English as a working language.
