Project Supervisor

This position is under the Project/Operations Management Department of the Sanya Federation of Academicians. The role is responsible for project lifecycle planning, process control, and completion acceptance; coordinating internal and external resources to ensure project progress, cost, and quality targets are met; collecting industry trends and market information, and drafting special research reports; participating in industrial investment attraction, external cooperation negotiations, and brand promotion activities. Salary Range: RMB 6,000 – 8,000 per month.

1. Bachelor's degree or above; 2. Strong project management and organizational coordination skills; 3. Ability to independently manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution tracking, and completion evaluation; 4. High sense of responsibility, strong communication skills, and team spirit; 5. Genuine interest in research institutions, academician teams, or government cooperation projects.
