Medical Device R&D Engineer

This position is a Technical Engineering role at the Sanya Federation of Academicians. The role is responsible for system design, commissioning, operation and maintenance, and technical problem-solving within the designated field. Responsibilities include participating in the preparation and review of technical proposals, collaborating with project teams to complete engineering implementation, collecting and organizing technical documentation, establishing and maintaining operating procedures and technical archives, and proposing optimization suggestions for existing processes and equipment to continuously improve technical standards and engineering quality. Salary Range: RMB 6,000 – 9,000 per month.

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Biomedical Engineering, Electronic Information, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Medical Imaging, or related fields; 2. Basic knowledge of medical devices, familiar with product R&D processes or clinical application scenarios; 3. Strong hands-on experimental skills and data analysis abilities; 4. High sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination skills, and team spirit; 5. Genuine interest in technical research and development within research institutions, academician teams, or the healthcare sector.
