Job Description
1ăDevelop the semester training plan for teenagers in the assigned age group, as well as the teaching plan for each training session.
2ăConduct differentiated football coaching based on playersâ different ages and skill levels.
3ăComplete the summary and feedback of training outcomes.
4ăLead the team to participate in various competitions, including pre-match preparation, on-site guidance during matches, post-match review, and targeted specialized training.
5ăOther tasks assigned by the club.
Requirements
1ăPossess a pure passion for football
2ăEnjoy working with children and witnessing their growth
3ăAdopt progressive educational philosophies and teaching methods that keep pace with the times
4ăHold a Level C or higher coaching certification
5ăBe eager to learn and continuously refine teaching concepts and approaches
6ăNo hair dyeing, tattoos, smoking or other bad habits
