Job Description
1. Proactively formulate promotion goals and plans for affiliate channels, and be able to cooperate with other departments to smoothly promote integrated marketing and promotion strategies;
2. Responsible for the development and maintenance of Affiliate channels such as ShareaSale, Admitad, etc., to expand website traffic, increase sales, enhance SEO, manage the fee settlement etc...
3. Formulate and promote Affiliates recruitment and event promotion plans, and strengthen the relationship with the Affiliate platform publisher. Regularly analyze data and monitor competing products, industry trends and Affiliates effectiveness and formulate improvements plans.
4. Execute refined operations, conduct in-depth analysis of Affiliate promotion data, follow up, analyze and summarize weekly dimensional data, formulate and implement improvement and optimization strategies.
5. Maintain, activate, and deepen cooperation with existing Affiliate channels, not limited to follow-up on sample evaluation and giveaway activities; regularly develop new channel resources to increase the activity of Affiliate and increase conversions
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, no major limit;
2. More than 5 years of overseas Affiliate marketing experience, familiar with overseas markets and cross-border e-commerce, fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, which can be used as a working language;
3. Be familiar with the management and optimization of the mainstream Affiliate platforms in the market, be familiar with affiliate marketing promotion methods, distribution logic and code docking.
4. Have strong data analysis capabilities, be able to independently analyze problems in promotion accounts, and propose improvement plans based on the analysis conclusions;
5. Have good sense of teamwork, good at communication, strong sense of responsibility and strong execution ability;
