Job Description
1,负责支持区域客户解决客户的技术问题,支持区域业绩达成,支持销售机会;
2,负责为客户安排技术培训,技术赋能,产品演示等;
3,负责搜集客户反馈的问题和需求,并与总部相关同事沟通;
4,负责制作必要的技术文档,技术视频,技术手册等;
5,负责本地化服务中心建设,安排简单的维修培训,处理简单的设备故障问题;
6,负责协助客户经理拜访部分重要客户;
7,负责协助代理商和公司同事完成当地产品认证;
8,负责部门安排的其他工作相关的任务
Responsible for supporting regional customers in solving their technical problems, assisting in achieving regional performance targets, and supporting sales opportunities;
Responsible for arranging technical training, technical empowerment, product demonstrations, etc. for customers;
Responsible for collecting customer feedback on problems and needs, and communicating with relevant colleagues at the headquarters;
Responsible for creating necessary technical documents, technical videos, technical manuals, etc.;
Responsible for the construction of localized service centers, arranging simple maintenance training, and handling simple equipment failure issues;
Responsible for assisting account managers in visiting some key customers;
Responsible for assisting agents and company colleagues in completing local product certifications;
Responsible for other work-related tasks assigned by the department.
