Job Description
1.Undertake English teaching tasks for primary school students aged 6-12 in the international department, including but not limited to oral English, English reading, English writing and other courses, and design interesting and interactive teaching activities to stimulate students' interest in learning English.
2.Cooperate with Chinese teachers to carry out bilingual teaching activities, participate in the development and improvement of international curriculum systems, and assist in optimizing teaching plans and teaching materials.
3.Participate in school-wide educational and cultural activities, such as English corners, English festivals, cultural exchange activities, etc., to create a strong English learning atmosphere and help students understand different cultures.
4.Communicate regularly with students' parents, feedback students' learning progress and performance in a timely manner, and work together with parents to promote students' all-round development.
5.Participate in teachers' training, teaching and research activities and lesson preparation meetings organized by the school, continuously improve their teaching level and professional quality, and actively explore innovative teaching methods.
6.Abide by the school's rules and regulations, complete other teaching-related work assigned by the school.
Requirements
1.Professional Qualifications: Hold a valid TESOL or TEFL certificate (at least 120 hours); have a bachelor’s degree or above (majoring in education, English or related fields is preferred).
2.Teaching Experience: Have relevant primary school English teaching experience, be familiar with primary school students’ physical and mental development characteristics, and have the ability to design and implement interesting teaching activities.
3.Language Ability: Native English speaker (white skin), with standard pronunciation and fluent oral expression; basic Chinese communication ability is preferred (not mandatory).
4.Personal Quality: Good appearance and temperament, warm and patient, love education and children, have a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit; abide by Chinese laws and regulations and the school’s rules and regulations, and respect Chinese culture and customs.
5.Other: Be healthy, have no criminal record, and can provide relevant certificates (such as degree certificate, teaching certificate, no criminal record certificate, etc.) as required; be able to adapt to the living and working environment in Nanchang.
