Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the installation, commissioning, acceptance, and delivery support of company equipment at Russian customer sites.
2. Provide customers with equipment operation training, daily usage guidance, and basic maintenance training.
3. Responsible for equipment after-sales maintenance, fault diagnosis, issue identification, and on-site technical support.
4. Based on the customer's on-site conditions, promptly report equipment operation issues and assist the domestic technical team in resolving them completely.
5. Assist the company with project delivery, customer service, and other after-sales support activities in the Russian market.
Requirements
Job Requirements
1. A bachelor's degree or higher.
2. Engineering majors such as Electrical Automation, Computer Science, Mechatronics, Electronic Information, and Automatic Control are preferred.
3. Candidates with experience in equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance, after-sales service, or on-site technical support are preferred.
4. Capable of adapting to frequent business trips within Russia, with strong on-site execution skills and a strong service orientation.
5. Positive and cheerful personality, strong communication skills, high sense of responsibility, and capable of independently resolving on-site issues.
6. You may communicate with Chinese personnel in English or Chinese.
