Job Description
1.Deliver high-quality, age-appropriate immersive English courses for 3-6 years old kids, combine games, songs, stories and interactive activities to design vivid preschool English teaching content.
2.Create a lively, positive and engaging classroom atmosphere, fully mobilize children’s learning enthusiasm, guide kids to take the initiative to speak English, and cultivate their English thinking and cross-cultural cognition.
3. Cooperate with Chinese teachers and teaching teams to complete daily teaching work, participate in regular teaching seminars, curriculum optimization and teaching skill training.
4.Preside over and assist in organizing various campus English theme activities, parent-child activities, festival celebrations and other educational activities to enrich children’s extracurricular English experience.
- Complete daily teaching records, student performance observation and teaching feedback, and cooperate with the kindergarten’s teaching management assessment work.
- Standardize classroom management, care for children’s learning and emotional state, and ensure safe and orderly teaching activities.
Requirements
1. Working Hours: 8:00 - 18:00 every working day, with a long fixed lunch break from 12:00 to 14:20, fully guaranteeing teachers’ daily rest time.
