Job Description
This position is under the Administration/Human Resources Department of Sanya Yazhou Bay SCI-Tech City Holding Group Co.,Ltd. The role is responsible for daily administrative affairs, document and file management, and meeting organization and coordination; assisting in HR-related tasks such as employee recruitment, training, and payroll and performance management; facilitating internal and external communication and coordination to maintain a positive work environment and atmosphere; and completing other administrative and comprehensive tasks assigned by superiors.
Salary Range: RMB 1,000 – 2,000 per month
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above;
2. Familiar with basic HR knowledge and proficient in office software;
3. Strong communication, coordination, and learning abilities;
4. Detail-oriented, responsible, and a good team player;
5. Genuine interest in human resources and a desire to grow in the HR field.
