1.Deliver systematic, standard and engaging English courses for students aged 7-12, adopt age-appropriate teaching methods suitable for primary school students’ learning habits and cognitive abilities. 2.Design diversified classroom activities, including games, group discussions, situational dialogues and theme teaching, to create an active and immersive English learning atmosphere. 3.Assist the school in carrying out English-related campus activities, such as English festivals, speech contests, reading activities and cultural sharing sessions, to enrich students’ after-school English practice. 4.Cooperate with Chinese English teachers to complete curriculum arrangement, teaching preparation, teaching reflection and academic exchange work, and continuously optimize classroom teaching effects. 5.Complete daily teaching tasks, classroom management, student learning guidance and regular teaching summary reports as required by the school. 6.Strictly abide by the school’s teaching management regulations, ensure standardized and orderly daily teaching, and build a positive teacher-student interaction atmosphere.

1. Daily Working Hours: 8:30 – 17:30, regular school working hours with reasonable working intensity and no unreasonable overtime arrangement. 2.Weekly Rest: Two days off per week, following the standard school weekend rest system. 3.Statutory Holidays: Enjoy full paid leave for all Chinese legal statutory holidays in accordance with national and school regulations. 4.Winter & Summer Vacations: Enjoy approximately one month of winter vacation and one month of summer vacation every year (unpaid), allowing sufficient spare time for personal arrangement, travel and rest.
