Requirements
Job responsibilities:
Co-ordinate overall corporate accounting for Hong Kong, Cayman and bvi companies, including but not limited to general ledger, receivables and payables, expense accounting and asset management
Prepare financial statements (profit and loss statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement) and management analysis reports on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis
Optimise financial processes to ensure compliance with Hong Kong Companies Ordinance and International Accounting Standards (HKFRS/IFRS)
Responsible for Hong Kong profits tax, salaries tax, stamp duty and other tax filings to ensure compliance and accuracy
Coordinate the annual audit, prepare audit documents and communicate effectively with external auditors to ensure that the company's financial operations comply with Hong Kong laws, listing rules (where applicable) and internal control requirements
Complete other work assigned by the leader
Job Requirements:
Educational background:
Bachelor degree or above in accounting, finance or related field
Holders of CPA, ACCA, HKICPA and other internationally recognized professional qualifications are preferred
At least 3 years experience in overall financial management, familiar with Hong Kong tax system, business registration and relevant laws and regulations under the Companies Ordinance
Fluent in Mandarin and English (working languages are mainly Mandarin and English)
