Job Description
This position is under Sanya Development Holdings Co.,Ltd. and is responsible for the execution and advancement of core operations related to the Customer Supervisor role at its subsidiary, Sanya Education Group. The incumbent will carry out daily tasks in their respective functional area, coordinate resources to ensure the achievement of business objectives, actively participate in team building and cross-departmental collaboration to enhance overall work efficiency, complete various tasks assigned by supervisors in a timely manner, and continuously learn and improve professional skills.
Salary Range: 6,000 – 8,000 RMB/month.
Requirements
1.Bachelor’s degree or above;
2.Open to all majors;
3.Responsible for establishing and maintaining customer relationships, handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback;
4.Develop customer service standards and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction;
5.Collect customer needs and market information to drive service improvements and business optimization;
6.Strong communication skills, service orientation, and ability to work under pressure
