Job Description
●Be responsible for the daily operation of core overseas community platforms (Reddit, Discord, X/Twitter), maintain player communities, respond to player feedback and complaints, and improve player engagement.
●Combine insights into Western game market and player preferences with our game features to plan community activities that resonate with Western audiences and increase game exposure.
●Cooperate with overseas promotion plans, guide community topics, help drive game sales conversion, and maintain the overseas brand image.
●Establish communication mechanisms with overseas players, identify core needs, and build a highly engaged community ecosystem.
Requirements
●Foreign national, must be residing in China (we can assist with work visa application).
●Native speaker of English (or other major Western languages), with fluent oral and written skills; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
●In-depth understanding of Western culture and the single-player game market, familiar with Steam/console platforms, passionate about single-player games with rich gaming experience.
●1-3 years of overseas community operation experience is preferred; familiar with the operation logic of core community platforms and able to independently plan and execute activities.
●Possess good communication, copywriting and public opinion response abilities, and be able to work partially in line with European and American time zones.
●Bonus Points: Previous experience as a Reddit Moderator or Discord Mod with community management experience.
