Phoenix International Airport (Operation Command Track)

This position is a Management Trainee – Operations Command role at Phoenix Airport, a subsidiary of Hainan Development Holdings Co., Ltd. Leveraging the Group's comprehensive development platform, the trainee will receive systematic on-the-job training and deeply engage in the daily operational management of their designated area. Through rotational assignments across core business processes, the trainee will progressively take on independent business modules. Based on individual strengths and career development direction, the trainee will achieve rapid growth within the Group. Salary Range: RMB 8,000 – 10,000 per month, plus performance-based bonuses and corporate benefits.

1. Bachelor's degree or above; 2. Majors in Transportation, Traffic Engineering, Civil Aviation Transportation, Logistics Management, or related fields preferred; 3. Strong logical analysis and communication coordination skills; 4. High sense of responsibility, team spirit, and ability to work under pressure; 5. Genuine interest in air transportation, ground services, or traffic operations management.
