Job Description
1. Collect and analyze customer requirements, develop and present tailored solutions to support sales teams in securing customer orders.
2. Conduct product and technical training for customers to help them quickly understand and adopt product solutions.
3. Resolve daily customer technical issues related to products to maintain high customer satisfaction with service quality.
4. Maintain long-term positive customer relationships and provide support for further sales business expansion.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications or other related STEM majors is preferred.
2. English proficiency to work fluently in an English-speaking environment is required.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, high sensitivity to business issues, and excellent stress tolerance.
4. Strong customer service orientation, with proven communication, coordination and execution capabilities.
5. Priority consideration for US-based candidates or sales professionals with a valid US work visa.
